Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc have been placed under investigation particularly early on in the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, for a supposed breach of Formula 1 media protocol.
Norris and Leclerc were placed under investigation for arriving late to the first of two official FIA press conferences ahead of this weekend’s race in the principality.
The reigning World Champion and the home hero were appearing alongside Audi driver Gabriel Bortoleto, but it was delayed by a couple of minutes with both apparently lagging behind.

They were followed in the second presser by Max Verstappen, Alex Albon and Esteban Ocon.
Norris and Leclerc will be likely handed a fine for their tardiness, the Brit hoping to add to his Sprint Race win in Miami with a second successive win in Monaco, with Leclerc hoping to celebrate his Ferrari contract extension with a second win in his homeland.
