Noel Leon grabbed a well-deserved maiden Formula 2 Feature Race victory at the Hungarian GP.
Early on, Noel Leon looked competitive with a strong launch off the line from third and took P2 from Rafa Camara into Turn 1. From there on, he delivered a stunning drive where the Campos team’s decision to pit early turned out to be the correct move.
In the final moments before the chequered flag, the fight between the front runners looked to be tight. However, Leon could not be knocked down as he charged ahead, finishing only 0.8 seconds ahead of Kush Maini. Joining in as the last podium contender was Camara.
