Valtteri Bottas heads into the Formula 1 Azerbaijan GP weekend with a special helmet dedicated to rhinos.
Valtteri Bottas revealed that he saved a special helmet design for the Baku weekend, dedicated to helping rhinos and raising funds for the charity Care for Wild. The yellow-and-orange helmet features a beautiful sunset, along with plenty of rhinos and their shadows.
Bottas’ partner and Australian cyclist, Tiffany Cromwell, designed the special helmet.
If fans buy a signed card with a nude photo of the driver, they can win the helmet after it’s been worn in the Grand Prix.
‘Bott-ass is back’
The South Africa-based charity runs the world’s largest rhino orphanage. Care for Wild dedicates its time and resources to protect rhinos against poaching. After the animals have been cared for and properly treated, the charity returns them to thrive in the wild.
“I have a special helmet for Baku. This week, it was World Rhino Day, a very important day, so it is a rhino-themed helmet.”

The Cadillac driver is known for his commitment to charity, having previously released a nude calendar to raise awareness and funds for the men’s health charity Movember.
