McLaren’s Oscar Piastri claims pole position for the 2025 Formula 1 Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix after topping the timing sheets with a 1:14.670s.

Max Verstappen qualified on the front row behind the Australian driver, with George Russell taking third in the Mercedes.

Lando Norris ended up in fourth and Fernando Alonso with a superb fifth-place result for Aston Martin.

The Williams pair of Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon then followed in sixth and seventh place.
