The Big Machine Music City Grand Prix has announced an extensive lineup of musical acts to accompany the IndyCar season finale on the weekend of September 14-15.

Headlining the weekend with a performance just before Sunday’s race is Daughtry, with Riley Green to provide entertainment directly following the race.

Many other country and rock acts will perform throughout the event weekend, including while track action is taking place.

No less than 15 different performers will take the stage over the course of two days, including Noah Hicks, Redferrin, Greylan James, and many others.

All concerts will be freely accessible by fans who by race tickets, with weekend passes starting at $149.

“Music has been a big part of this race experience since we launched in 2021, and this year is no different,” said Big Machine founder and CEO Scott Borchetta.

“Sound and speed will merge as we bring fans some of the best and brightest artists on the scene today. Music programming will take place on Saturday and Sunday on the iHeartCountry FanZone stage, with additional trackside performances on Sunday.

“This is a weekend experience you don’t want to miss!”

Nashville is known as the Country Music Capital of the World, and there have been numerous concerts on offer alongside the racing action every year since IndyCar began racing in the city in 2021.

Although this is the fourth year of the Music City Grand Prix, 2024 marks the first year that the event will be held on the Nashville Superspeedway oval.

Construction of a new Tennessee Titans football stadium forced the relocation away from the downtown streets to the nearby 1.33-mile oval, but the event retained its new coveted spot as the season finale.

IndyCar last ran a race on the Nashville oval in 2008, with Scott Dixon winning the rain-shortened event for the third time.
