Following the news that Murray Walker has passed away aged 97, fans and friends of the legendary commentator have been posting tribute messages on social media, pronouncing their farewells to the man who was the voice of Formula 1 in the United Kingdom for decades.

He was the voice of @F1 to millions and his love, passion and positivity for our sport were unmatched.
