Max Verstappen stormed to Formula 1 pole position for the inaugural Sprint Race at the Singapore Grand Prix.
The Dutch driver stormed to the fastest time of the session, beating his Mercedes rival, George Russell, who finished just a tenth behind. The pair will start on the front row as drivers prepare for the first-ever Sprint Race under the Singaporean lights. Rounding out the top three, Charles Leclerc starts on the second row alongside Oscar Piastri.
Further down the grid, Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton finished in fourth and fifth, respectively.
