Joshua Duerksen took a hard-fought victory in the Formula 2 Sprint Race, beating out Martinius Stenshorne in the Belgian Grand Prix weekend.
Duerksen started the race in fourth but, with a strong race start, quickly found himself challenging for the podium places and then the race lead. He made it past Stenshorne just after the first Safety Car and defended his position until the chequered flag.
It was a significant victory for the Invicta driver, who has struggled in the recent rounds.
