Arvid Lindblad will a sport special helmet design inspired by his journey from karting to the pinnacle of motorsport for his first-ever home race at the 2026 Formula 1 British Grand Prix.
Lindblad made his F1 debut, as part of the Red Bull junior programme, this season, and has impressed many in the paddock so far.
Driving for the Milton-Keynes-based team’s sister outfit Racing Bulls, the British-Swedish driver, who also boasts Indian origins on his mother’s side, is set to drive at Silverstone as a Grand Prix driver for the very first time, this weekend.
After a solid top-10 result at the Red Bull Ring, last weekend, Lindblad has revealed a special “childhood dream” inspired helmet livery for his first-ever home GP, designed in collaboration with British-Indian artist Navinder Nangla.
Lindblad’s special lid, to commemorate his F1 debut at the storied Silverstone circuit, is going to be decked with Nangla’s hand-drawn illustrations, capturing his highlights through his journey from karts to the very pinnacle of single-seater motorsport.
These include his induction into the Red Bull junior programme in 2020, his first double-win at Silverstone during his 2024 F3 campaign, and his debut F1 points at the season-opening 2026 F1 Australian GP, to just name a few.

Arvid Lindblad delivers an inspiring message ahead of the F1 British GP
Lindblad described the special helmet design as an ode to his journey and as an inspirational reminder to everyone who supports him that dreams are meant to be chased.
“This special helmet truly represents my journey,” said Lindblad in a press release by the Faenza-based team.
“Everything started when | was 5 years old, with the dream of being in Formula One and it feels special to tell that story at Silverstone, where so much of my journey began.”
“Working with Navinder and having him help bring my journey to life has been amazing to see,” he added.
“The messages ‘Dream Big’ and ‘My Path, My Way’ symbolise the vision I’ve always had. I knew I wanted to become an FI driver from the first moment I sat in a kart and F1 was always the goal. This wouldn’t have been possible without all the support and help that | have received from my closest people.”
Lindblad has been a fan of Nangla’s work for quite some time. And the feeling of appreciation is mutual between the duo.
“!’m honoured to have worked on Arvid’s helmet,” said Nangla.
“It’s another avenue for me to express my creativity, and a racing helmet is such an incredible blank canvas to work with. It feels like a real full-circle moment too, creating a piece of art that will race around Silverstone, a circuit that’s been part of the landscape where I’ve grown up and still call home.
“This project feels especially personal because Arvid and | share a similar British Indian heritage, and we both have dyslexia, something we’ve always seen as a superpower rather than a setback.
“That shared perspective made the whole collaboration feel even more meaningful. Bringing our two worlds together to create something that can be seen at over 200mp)h… it’s definitely the fastest canvas I’ve ever worked on.”
The Racing Bulls driver will be hoping to build on his Austrian exploits, to make his first-ever British GP a race he will never forget.
