John Bennett took a stunning victory in the Formula 2 Sprint, getting past Sebastian Montoya in a final lap battle, with Rafael Villagomez completing the podium in the first race of the Austrian GP weekend.
Bennett took an early lead in the Sprint but lost it as Montoya managed to get past the TRIDENT in the first half of the race.
However, Bennett refused to give up, closing the gap in the final laps and making the move for the lead on Lap 28 of 28.
