The second Sprint at the F1 Chinese GP took place on Saturday

Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton led the Formula 1 field in Saturday’s Sprint Race at the Chinese Grand Prix, leading home McLaren’s Oscar Piastri.

After 19 laps around the Shanghai International Circuit Hamilton led Piastri by 6.8s with Red Bull’s Max Verstappen rounding out the podium.

Mercedes’ George Russell took fourth as Hamilton’s Ferrari team-mate Charles Leclerc rounded out the top five.

Sixth went to Racing Bulls’ Yuki Tsunoda who was able to fend off Mercedes rookie Andrea Kimi Antonelli.

McLaren’s Lando Norris picked up the final Sprint point in eighth.
