Danish driver Alba Hurup Larsen is set to join the 2025 F1 Academy grid, representing Tommy Hilfiger in her debut season in the all-female series.

The 15-year-old driver has already made her mark in motorsport, winning the 2023 FIA Girls on Track Rising Star programme.

She proved victorious in a tough field of tour finalists, beating out three other drivers in the final stage of the programme.

Larsen picked up the win from a field of 116 drivers, showing a consistent race pace and an ability to promptly manage her car.

This win put her on the map for the Ferrari Driver Academy, where her progress in 2024 has been monitored by the Prancing Horse.

The Dane has also made her single-seater debut in the Indian F4 Championship, securing a best finish of sixth place in 2024.

Larsen will be 16 when she embarks on her first F1 Academy race next season, set to don Tommy Hilfiger’s red, white, and blue, livery.

Larsen shared: “I’m deeply honoured that Tommy has entrusted me to fly his flag in the F1 ACADEMY. Having this support at such a pivotal stage in my career means the world to me.

“I’m excited to represent the Tommy Hilfiger brand as we dream big, show what’s possible and drive change.”

Tommy Hilfiger is an official partner of F1 Academy and has agreed to dress the F1A management team and support the grid in its third season.

F1 Academy Managing Director Susie Wolff said: “We are proud to have Tommy Hilfiger as an Official Partner.

“As an inaugural partner to F1 ACADEMY and a true first mover in blending lifestyle and motorsport, Tommy Hilfiger’s globally renowned brand values, commitment to innovation, and passion for driving change closely match our own.

“We look forward to seeing Alba racing in the brand’s unmissable signature colorway in 2025.”
