F1 2024 Australian Grand Prix — FP2 Results

Friday’s Formula 1 action down under concluded with Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc setting the fastest time in FP2, a 1:17.277.

The top three comprised of Ferrari, Red Bull, Ferrari as Max Verstappen posted the second-best effort, 0.381s back and Carlos Sainz was third, 0.430s in arrears.

The Aston Martin pairing of Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso completed the top five in the Canadian driver’s favour.

George Russell went sixth for Mercedes, with his team-mate Lewis Hamilton languishing in 18th.
