Max Verstappen claimed his first victory of the Formula 1 season in dominant fashion ahead of Red Bull team-mate Sergio Perez and Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz.
The Dutchman ran clear of the field in the Bahrain Grand Prix to cross the line with a winning margin of 22.457s over Perez.
Verstappen also claimed the fastest lap of the race, yielding a bonus points for his efforts.
Charles Leclerc finished fourth ahead of Mercedes’ George Russell who completed the top five.
Lando Norris claimed sixth ahead of Lewis Hamilton and Oscar Piastri.
Fernando Alonso headed home Lance Stroll as the Aston Martin duo claimed the final points on offer.
