Red Bull Junior driver Juri Vips won his second consecutive FIA Formula 2 event by triumphing in the Feature Race in Baku.
The Estonian was followed home by Oscar Piastri, who negated a five-second penalty for an unsafe pit release, allowing the Alpine junior to close in on title leader Guanyu Zhou.
Robert Shwartzman made it two PREMA drivers in the top three ahead of Felipe Drugovich, Ralph Boschung and Liam Lawson.
Jehan Daruvala was seventh ahead of his Carlin team-mate Dan Ticktum in eighth, who also got the points for the fastest lap.
Christian Lundgaard finished ninth and Lirim Zendeli rounded out the top 10 to take the last point.
Zhou lacked pace throughout the course of the race and crossed the line in a disappointing 13th, meaning his advantage in the championship over Piastri has been sliced to just five points.
Vips’ two wins in Azerbaijan elevates him up to fourth and 15 points off the top.
The next round for FIA Formula 2 will be at Silverstone on the weekend of 16-18 July, supporting the British Grand Prix.
