Formula 1 is gearing up for a return to action this weekend and on Thursday the drivers carried out their usual media duties whilst the teams prepared for the weekend ahead – but it was anything from normal!

Drivers were kept over two metres apart during the press conference, in which they were all present in allotted slots as media submitted questions online or via pre-recorded videos.

The team personnel all wore masks and tried to keep apart as best they could, albeit it’s rather difficult given the working conditions.

The Safety Car carried out its normal track inspection, as did the drivers, some on foot, others by bike.
