Arrow McLaren SP has announced it has entered into a multi-year partnership with Mission Foods for the 2020 NTT IndyCar season.

Mission Foods is already a sponsor with McLaren Racing in their Formula 1 operation and has now linked-up with the British team to also back their IndyCar operation.

The world-famous snack brand is known for its tortilla-branded products around the globe, operating in over 112 countries.

As part of the deal Mission branding will be prominently featured on the nose and cockpit of the cars, the onboard camera views, and on the drivers’ firesuits and helmets.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Mission Foods as a new Arrow McLaren SP partner,” said Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing.

“Our partnership with Mission Foods, a market leader in North America and key regions globally, has evolved from their previous support of McLaren Racing and we are delighted that they have chosen to partner with the Arrow McLaren SP team.”

Arrow McLaren SP is a new joint venture between Schmidt Peterson Motorsports and McLaren Racing, with this partnership helping to fill out aspects of their racing programme.

“We are honoured Mission Foods has become part of our ever-growing partner family,” added Sam Schmidt, Co-Owner of Arrow McLaren SP.

“The partnership is a natural fit for Arrow McLaren SP and Mission Foods as a market leader in North America.”

The team will have young drivers Oliver Askew and Pato O’Ward at the wheel, each racing their first full IndyCar season.
