MP Motorsport's Dorian Boccolacci has claimed his first victory of the season in the Hungarian sprint race in commanding fashion over the rest of the field.
The Frenchman initially had a victory in the French feature race stripped away after an inadequate fuel sample was given after the race and handed victory to compatriot Anthoine Hubert.
Boccolacci stormed away from the field early on with rapid pace, but in the latter stages of the race, tyre wear became a factor with ART's Callum Ilott closing down a five-second gap becoming two seconds in the final laps.
The British driver held onto second after an initial run-in with the Jenzer of Juan Manuel Correa into Turn 1 and was forced wide on the run-off area and came back on in front of the American.
Anthoine Hubert continued his championship charge as he made a superb getaway from the grid after starting in sixth place to round off a 2-3 finish for ART on the podium.
The Campos of Leonardo Pulcini crossed the line in fourth after a stunning overtake on Correa around the outside of Turn 3 on lap 6 which continues his good run of form.
Correa struggled with tyre wear early on into the race and battled hard to keep his rivals behind him after Pulcini swept by and held on for a fifth-place finish after the 17 laps.
The Trident pair of Ryan Tveter and David Beckmann battled hard into the final laps of the race with the American squeezing past the German with just one lap to go, ending the race sixth and seventh respectively.
After a tough feature race where a point was on the cards until the final corner, Tatiana Calderon finally scored her first point of 2018 in eighth place after a solid performance in the Jenzer.
Pedro Piquet followed Calderon through the pack eventually finishing behind the Colombian in ninth ahead of the Campos of Diego Menchaca who rounds out the top 10.
