Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has been summoned to the stewards post-race at Formula 1’s Qatar Grand Prix.
Horner has been accused of breaching Article 12.2.1 f) and 12.2.1 k) of the FIA’s International Sporting Code.
Article 12.2.1 f) states that “any words, deeds or writings that have caused moral injury or loss to the FIA, its bodies, its members or its executive officers, and more generally on the interest of motor sport and values defended by the FIA” may be considered a breach of rules.
Article 12.2.1 k) outlines that a breach may also be considered if there is “any misconduct towards licence-holders, officials, officers of member of the staff of the FIA, members of the staff of the organiser or promoter, members of the staff of the competitors, doping control officials or any other person involved in a doping control.”
Horner gave an interview to Sky Sports F1 pre-race in which he expressed his frustration at the officials over Verstappen’s post-qualifying penalty.
The FIA did not specify for which comments Horner was summoned.
Horner must meet the stewards to discuss the matter at 19:15 local time.
FIA & stewards it appears are directly supporting Lewis & Mercedez & they FIA have yet to check on the Mercedez wings & tail for unfair advantage
Last week they disqualified Hamilton for a breach that they admitted was caused by a damaged wing! Could it be that they just penalise people when they see that they have broken a rule, whoever they are? 🤦🏻♂️

The FIA have acted like kids for much of the year so agree with Horner.
A FIVE place penalty for that — they are living on another planet.
Hamilton received a grid penalty for this in 2020. Had the stewards not penalized him, they would be SO inconsistent. Good for them
