Cadillac has showcased Wayne Taylor Racing’s blue livery for their #101 V-Series.R ahead of their Le Mans 24 Hours debut on 14-15 June.

The Detroit-based automotive manufacturer of General Motors will host a quadrant of Cadillacs at the 93rd running of Le Mans next month.

JOTA front a pair of Hypercars from their participation in the FIA World Endurance Championship as regulars from the IMSA SportsCar Championship, four-time Daytona 24 Hours winners WTR, and Action Express Racing, complete the line-up in the class of 21 Hypercar entries.

The #101 WTR Cadillac V-Series.R will be co-driven by Jordan Taylor, Ricky Taylor and Filipe Albuquerque.

“We’re thrilled to see it come to life on track at Le Mans, where our legacy in motorsport continues.”

“Mobil 1 and Cadillac Racing are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of performance and innovation in motorsport,” added John Roth, Vice President, Global Cadillac.

“We’re excited to welcome the Mobil 1 brand as the primary sponsor of the #101 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.”

WTR has amassed various wins in IMSA which governs further iconic events such as the 12 Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans.

They are keen to add the prestige of Le Mans to their accolade of racing efforts having yet to compete at the Circuit de la Sarthe amid a characterful 62-car grid.
