Charles Leclerc will not be present to conduct his media duties ahead of this weekend’s Formula 1 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, Ferrari has announced.
However, the Italian marque has communicated that it expects Leclerc to be able to compete at Imola, which hosts the first of two races in Italy in 2025.
“Charles is feeling unwell and will not be coming to the track today,” Ferrari posted.
“He will rest and focus on recovering and we expect him to be in the car tomorrow.”
Leclerc’s absence makes it consecutive weekends that a driver in a leading team has missed Thursday, Max Verstappen having not been present in Miami.
