The NTT IndyCar Series held a race on the streets of Detroit this weekend, and it was filled with chaos and crashes throughout the entirety of the 100 laps.

Scott Dixon once again showed he is the master of fuel saving, stretching his fuel longer than nearly everyone else to take his second race win of the 2024 season.

Marcus Ericsson and Marcus Armstrong filled out the podium, with Honda power spoiling the party in Chevrolet’s marquee event.

Nearly every driver was involved in at least one incident throughout the day. In total, there were eight caution periods totaling an incredible 47 out of the 100 total laps.

Yet another race is scheduled for next weekend, giving teams no time to recover from this chaotic event. They will gather at historic Road America for a run through the scenic countryside.
