Opel has revealed the final race livery for its debut Formula E entry, the GSE 27FE, at the Paris Motor Show.
The German manufacturer will join the electric championship for the upcoming GEN4 era with an experienced lineup featuring Formula E veteran Mitch Evans and Theo Pourchaire, alongside test driver Sophia Floersch.
Unveiled alongside drivers Evans and Pourchaire, the design transitions from the team’s testing look into a sharp tri-color composition of black, silver, and yellow.
A central metallic silver “spine” runs down the middle of the chassis, complemented by “Lightspeed Stripes” and signature Opel GSE Yellow accents over exposed carbon fiber.
Evans praised the final visual identity ahead of the team’s inaugural campaign.
“I think the final design looks fantastic. It builds on our concept and testing livery in a more refined way, while still feeling unmistakably Opel,” Evans said.
“The additional silver gives it a sharp and sophisticated appearance – and, most importantly, it looks fast.”
The GSE 27FE will make its official public track appearance during pre-season testing at Jarama, Spain, in mid-November.
Opel will then make its competitive race debut at the season-opening double-header in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on December 18–19.
