Charles Leclerc topped the timesheets on the second day of the first Formula 1 pre-season testing programme at the Bahrain International Circuit.
The Monegasque placed his Ferrari SF-26 at the top of the pack, his 1:34.273 half-a-second faster than Lando Norris.
Oliver Bearman put his Haas third, a further six tenths behind, in what was a tricky day for some of the big teams.
Mercedes and Red Bull experienced power unit issues, with Max Verstappen failing to gain any track time whatsoever. Isack Hadjar completed 87 laps, and set the fifth-fastest time, albeit two seconds off Leclerc.
Mercedes also struggled, with Andrea Kimi Antonelli completing just three laps before the controversial power unit suffered an issue which left the Italian out of the morning’s running.
It was unclear that the team would even be able to complete the second half of the day, but George Russell managed 54 laps to go fourth.
