Racing Bulls unveils tortoise livery for the USGP

Racing Bulls has unveiled an unusual new look ahead of this weekend’s Formula 1 United States Grand Prix in Austin.

The team will run a one-off ‘tortoise’ livery created in collaboration with American musician Shaboozey and title sponsor Cash App.

Racing Bulls will take to the Circuit of the Americas, sporting a car with a black and brown tortoise shell design in place of its standard white livery.

Isack Hadjar, Liam Lawson, and the entire VCARB outfit will pay homage to Cash App’s limited-edition tortoise prepaid debit card, launched earlier this Shaboozey.

The livery extends to the entire team. With Hadjar and Lawson’s race suits, team apparel, and even the garage designs all embracing this one-of-a-kind livery.

“I was excited to launch this card earlier this year, and now seeing it come to life on an F1 car is electric,” Shaboozey, whose creative vision inspired the design, said.

Racing Bulls CEO Peter Bayer described the project as another example of the team’s growing emphasis on blending motorsport with broader cultural trends.

“These special liveries have become part of our identity — moments where motorsport meets music, fashion, and creativity.

“The design we’re bringing to the track this weekend is another bold expression of that spirit, and Austin is the perfect place to bring it to life.

“Once again, we have tapped into culture in a way that’s uniquely VCARB.”

The Austin round is a fitting venue for the collaboration. As one of F1’s most vibrant race weekends, it has become a hub for fashion, music, and celebrity appearances.

This isn’t the first time Racing Bulls have had a special livery in the States. Earlier this season, it sported an iconic pink livery in honour of Red Bull’s new summer flavour.
