Arrow McLaren has unveiled a trio of special liveries for the upcoming Indianapolis 500.

The cars of the team’s three full time drivers will have a new look for the biggest race of the year, and they follow a common theme.

All three cars feature the same digital camouflage pattern and feature white as the primary color in the middle of the car.

The front and rear of the car have colors specific to each entry, however, and they will be easily distinguishable on track.

The #5 of Pato O’Ward has black accents on the front wing, nose, and rear fenders, which matches the theme of his standard livery for the rest of the season.

Likewise, Nolan Siegel and Christian Lundgaard have colors that match their typical liveries, with blue on the rookie’s #6 entry and papaya orange on Lundgaard’s #7.

The team often comes into the Month of May with special liveries, which helps bring even more prestige to what is already the biggest event on IndyCar’s calendar.

Arrow McLaren’s fourth car will be fielded by NASCAR champion Kyle Larson, although his livery does not follow the same theme as the other three.

“The Indianapolis 500 is the biggest stage in racing, and our liveries this year reflect that in every detail,” said Team Principal Tony Kanaan.

“The design is more than just a new look — it calls out the precision, performance and passion that fuel McLaren Racing. Through our Never Stop Racing campaign, these liveries capture the endless spirit of competition that drives us forward, no matter what.”

The new liveries will be seen in just a couple days when they hit the track for open testing on April 23-24.

Following that, practice for the 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 gets under way May 13 and the race itself takes place on May 25.
