F1 Arcade’s parent company Kindred Concepts has opened its first U.S.-based venue at Boston Seaport on Monday with a second site planned for an Autumn unveiling in Washington DC.

F1 Arcade opened its first venue in London in 2022, offering a bar/dining experience coupled with multiple Formula 1 racing simulators and a bank of television screens for watching Grand Prix action.

The London venue was followed by the unveiling of a Birmingham, UK site in November 2023.

Located at Boston Seaport, F1 Arcade’s first U.S. expansion is at a 16,000 square feet, two-floor venue and offers 69 F1 sims and a 2,400 square-foot private room and bar area.

“We’re thrilled to debut the first US F1 Arcade location in the bustling Boston Seaport neighbourhood, following the incredible success in the UK,” said F1 Arcade Founder and Chief Executive Adam Breeden.

“Guests can enjoy an exceptional adrenaline packed venue and the thrill of racing in one space. The launch of F1 Arcade Boston Seaport paves the way for our ambitious US expansion, as we look ahead to opening our second venue this autumn in Washington DC.”

The Washington DC site opening in autumn will be within the city’s Union Market District and along with Boston is part of a 30-site U.S expansion which Breeden states will take place across “2025 and beyond.”

Further special features at the Boston venue are a 37-foot bar serving F1-themed cocktails such as “Start Your Engines” (gin, Campari, basil brandy, cherry and Amaro) and “Smokin’ Lap” (bourbon, cognac and amaro).

F1 Arcade Boston will also serve up globally-inspired dining options inspired by global cuisine including wagyu beef sliders, ahi tuna tostada and a seafood tower.
