Proton Competition have revealed their Porsche 963’s livery for this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship, confirming the return of a classic sponsor, in the form of F.A.T International, to the sportscar grid.

The car is decked out in white and blue, with a black cockpit and shark fin. F.A.T International takes pride of place as the main sponsor, with three red stripes over the back third of the car.

F.A.T International ‘celebrates the automotive world’s rich history and cultural impact’, according to the company’s website. They previously sponsored two Le Mans-winning cars, including the Dauer Porsche 962, aka the Dauer 962 Le Mans, in 1994, which raced in the GT1 class, having been modified from a Group C car by Jochen Dauer.

As previously announced this week, Harry Tincknell, Neel Jani, and Hypercar newcomer Julien Andlauer will race the #99 Proton Competition Porsche 963. The 2024 WEC season starts on Saturday 2nd March, with the Qatar 1812km, at Lusail International Circuit.
