Chip Ganassi Racing has announced that it has partnered with DHL to sponsor its championship winning IndyCar program starting in the 2024 season.
The shipping company, which has featured in motorsports liveries for many years, will be the primary sponsor of Alex Palou’s #10 entry throughout next season.
The announcement comes after the company announced it was leaving its relationship with Andretti Global following the conclusion of 2023.
Andretti and DHL had partnered to run the iconic yellow and red livery for the past 12 years, with Ryan Hunter-Reay and more recently Romain Grosjean piloting the recognizable cars.

The new partnership is touted as a multi-year agreement, and will likely result in Palou fielding a bright yellow car while defending his second championship.
This is in stark contrast to the liveries his fans are used to seeing him compete with, as blue and white have been the primary colors used in both his NTT Data and his American Legion schemes in recent years.
The American Legion will become the primary sponsor for Palou’s rookie team-mate Linus Lundqvist, who will be piloting the #8 entry for next season.
Outside of possibly some preseason testing, the first time the new DHL scheme will be seen on Palou’s car will be on the streets of St. Petersburg for the first race of the 2024 IndyCar season.
