AlphaTauri to adopt updated livery for final two F1 rounds

AlphaTauri has been the latest team to showcase the updated livery it will be running for Formula 1’s maiden round at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.

F1 is returning to Las Vegas for the first time in 41 years this weekend and all but three teams have taken the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with tweaked designs.

After Alfa Romeo, Alpine, Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull and Williams, AlphaTauri is the seventh outfit on the grid to confirm that it will be running a modified livery.

However, unlike the rest, the Faenza-based squad will be running its alternative colour scheme on its AT04 in both Las Vegas and the season finale in Abu Dhabi next weekend.

AlphaTauri’s shake-up is one of the more detailed, with the team trading its blue and white colours for a black base with white stripes along the sidepod and engine cover.

Red Bull’s second string side, set to undergo a name change over the winter, says the design is inspired by the AlphaTauri x Brendan Monroe Las Vegas Capsule Collection.
