It was a weekend of single seat action on both sides of the Atlantic but tinged with sadness as the sport heard about the sad passing of young Dutch rising star Dilano van’t Hoff in a Formula Regional race held as one of the supporting events for the 24hrs of Spa.
This weekend the Formula 1 paddock was in the iconic setting of the Styrian Mountains for the 2023 Austrian Grand Prix at Spielberg on the Red Bull Ring. Graham Harris, Phillip Horton and James Moy were all trackside and bring you your race report with a bit of a sting in the tail…
Meanwhile over the pond the NTT IndyCar series was at the rural Mid-Ohio track, the US home of Honda for the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio. IndyCar Editor Kevin Dejewski was at Mid-Ohio and has your report and some of his usual amazing images.
Meanwhile back at the Red Bull Ring, both the FIA’s primary feeder series, Formula 2 and Formula 3 were running as the supporting events for the Austrian Grand Prix.
