Following his latest victory at the US Grand Prix last weekend, Max Verstappen moved further up the ladder of all-time wins.

Heading into the weekend, the Dutchman had 32 victories to his name, tied with fellow double World Champion Fernando Alonso.

Verstappen’s victory looked unlikely following a slow pit stop which dropped him back to third, however he overtook Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton in the closing stages to secure the win.

It put him clear of Alonso on the all-time win list, and he now sits in sixth place, with just five drivers ahead of him boasting more grand prix wins.

He also tied Schumacher and Vettel’s record for most wins in a season last weekend, taking his 13th victory.

He has the chance to make the record his own at any of the final three races of the season.
