McLaren reveals revised F1 livery for Singapore and Japan

McLaren has unveiled a tweaked livery for the next Formula 1 rounds in Singapore and Japan, as part of its existing collaboration with sponsor OKX.

The scheme will be run on the MCL36s of Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo around Marina Bay and Suzuka, which are featuring on the calendar for the first time since 2019.

McLaren outlined that the special livery ‘enhances its Fluro Papaya colourway with neon pink embellishments and dynamic, cyberpunk-inspired engine illustrations’, as part of the ‘Future Mode’ campaign in which McLaren and crypto company OKX are involved.

“We’re excited to celebrate our partnership with OKX through this bold and vibrant livery for the upcoming races in Asia,” said McLaren CEO Zak Brown.

“McLaren and OKX are united in driving ahead and constantly striving to break boundaries, and the Future Mode campaign is an opportunity to champion these values together on our global stage.

“It’s fantastic to be returning to race in Singapore and Japan, and these incredible circuits provide a fitting backdrop for us to celebrate our partnership vision together.”

McLaren enters the ‘flyaway’ stage of the season in fifth place in the Constructors’ Championship.
