Formula 1 personnel travelling to Jeddah are required to undergo a pre-departure PCR test within 72 hours of flying and must also take one upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.

It was during the pre-flight PCR test that Capito returned a positive test.

Williams outlined that Capito is now following the United Kingdom’s guidelines.
