Guanyu Zhou converted pole position to take his first win of the FIA Formula 2 season in the Feature Race in Bahrain.

The Chinese driver worked his way back to the front after falling as far as sixth under a Safety Car period to get passed ahead of him to win.

Dan Ticktum finished second for Carlin despite contact with Alpine Academy pilot Oscar Piastri with three laps to go that saw the Australian stall and retire.

Red Bull Junior driver Liam Lawson completed the podium in third, with Richard Verschoor, Marcus Armstrong and Jehan Daruvala making up the top six.
