TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team has become the first outfit to unveil its Season 6 car in a unique launch on Twitch.
The German manufacturer unveiled its championship challenger through its own live video game ‘Formula E Unlocked,’ which saw fans guide its 2019/20 drivers through the German marque’s premises in search of the car.
The livery is predominantly black and white with the back-end coloured red for sponsor Vodafone. Earlier this week the team announced a title sponsor deal with Tag Heuer.
Porsche’s Season 6 driver line-up will be formed of 2016 World Endurance Champion Neel Jani and triple Le Mans winner Andre Lotterer, who joins the team after spending two seasons with DS Techeetah.
The 2019/20 campaign will mark Porsche’s first season in Formula E as the all-electric single-seater series’ grid expands to a full grid of 12 teams and 24 drivers.
Formula E’s sixth season of competition will commence on November 22 and 23 for the double-header Ad Diriyah E-Prix.
