Toyota Gazoo Racing has confirmed that they will return to FIA World Endurance Championship for the 2019/2020 season.
The current front runners in the FIA World Endurance Championship are set to return with a pair of TS050 Hybrid LMP1 cars, although their driver lineup remains unconfirmed at this time.
Fernando Alonso's further involvement with the Toyota LMP1 program appears increasingly unlikely following the conclusion of the 2018/19 Super Season, having secured the Le Mans victory he has been chasing in order to complete motorsport's 'Triple Crown'.
It will be the seventh consecutive full WEC season for the Japanese manufacturer since it joined the series at its debut in 2012.
In that time, the marque has scored 20 overall race wins and the Manufacturers' and Drivers' titles in 2014, as well as an overall win at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2018.
