KTM rider Pol Espargaro has been taken to hospital in Brno after suffering a heavy fall during this morning's warm-up session, and will miss the MotoGP Czech Grand Prix.
Espargaro crashed at Turn 3 in the closing stages of the 20-minute session on Sunday morning, and was attended to trackside by the marshals.
The Spaniard was taken to the medical centre for precautionary checks, and has now been transferred to a local hospital for further tests on a suspected broken collarbone.
Espargaro ended the warm-up session in 21st, and was due to start the race from 19th, with KTM teammate Bradley Smith 15th.
This comes just weeks after brother Aleix crashed heavily during warm-up for the German Grand Prix, and was forced to miss the race having suffered an injury to his ribs, which kept him in hospital for a week afterwards.
KTM test rider Mika Kallio was also forced to abandon his wildcard appearance at the Sachsenring when he suffered extensive ligament damage to his knee in a crash in FP3.
The Finn subsequently underwent a seven-hour operation to reconstruct his knee, and will likely be out for the remainder of his season, leaving KTM without a vital element of its test team.
Ducati's Andrea Dovizioso ended Sunday's warm-up session fastest of all with 1:56.177s, and will start the race from pole for the first time since the 2016 Malaysian Grand Prix.
