Sebastien Buemi and Jose Maria Lopez set the pace in Sunday morning’s two practice sessions ahead of the second Berlin ePrix race.
Renault e.dams driver and championship leader Buemi bounced back from his race one exclusion to put in the quickest time in the opening 45-minute session.
His best 200kW lap of 1:07.712 was the first into the 1:07s, while Lucas di Grassi was the only other driver to try a full-power run but he finished down in fourth place.
Maro Engel was second for Venturi, 1.1 seconds off the frontrunning pace, with Lopez in third for DS Virgin Racing.
Race one winner Felix Rosenqvist was fifth, with Jean-Eric Vergne sixth for Techeetah and Sam Bird next up. Nick Heidfeld completed the top eight, ahead of Stephane Sarrazin and Nicolas Prost.
Lopez then moved to the top of the timesheets in second practice, a shorter 30-minute session. He put in an unofficial track record with a 200kW lap of 1:07.670.
He beat Rosenqvist by just 0.083 seconds, with Buemi in third and Bird in fourth. Daniel Abt was fifth and the quickest of the Abt Audi Sport cars.
Vergne and Prost were next up, while Oliver Turvey, di Grassi and Engel rounded out the top 10 in the session.
