Mahindra Formula E driver Felix Rosenqvist says the team has “great momentum” heading to Berlin for this weekend’s double-header round.
His team-mate Nick Heidfeld finished on the podium at the last two rounds in Monaco and Paris, while Rosenqvist finished sixth and fourth.
The Mahindra outfit has showed improved speed throughout season three of Formula E and Rosenqvist is hopeful the positive run of results will continue.
However, he admits focus is turning to the championship as the end of the season draws closer, with the drivers taking less risk on track.
“We have great momentum after two podiums for Nick and my sixth and fourth positions,” he said.
“The hunger is still there to take more podiums and a win, but at this stage of the season you’re also starting to look at the championship.
“You try to take fewer risks to secure a strong result – especially with the double-headers.
“We have some great things coming from the team on the technical side, which is improving all the time and both Nick and I are in the mix with those at the front of the grid.
“I’m starting to feel really at home in Formula E – I don’t feel like a rookie anymore.”
