Audi driver Jamie Green took a clear victory in the second DTM race at the Lausitzring, ahead of Mattias Ekström.
Green was involved in a mid-race battle for first place with long-time leader Robert Wickens, with the British driver emerging ahead after his slightly later pitstop.
However, with his tyres up to temperature, Wickens managed to snatch back the position. But he did not stay there for long, as Green was quicker and eventually found his way through.
Green then stormed into a comfortable lead, his winning margin being over six seconds by the chequered flag.
Ekström started eighth, pitted at the end of the first lap and emerged third when everyone had stopped. He then charged to second after passing Wickens late on.
Wickens settled for third, just ahead of fellow Mercedes driver Gary Paffett, with Mike Rockenfeller using a similar strategy to Ekstrom and advancing to fifth.
Nico Müller and René Rast were sixth and seventh, with Maxime Martin eighth and Marco Wittmann ninth and the only points scorers for BMW.
Wittmann moved ahead of race one winner Lucas Auer, who completed the top 10, with a later pitstop.
