McLaren GT factory driver Alvaro Parente will join Clearwater Racing at this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans, as the Singaporean squad confirmed its second of two entries.
Parente, 32, will share an ex-AF Corse Ferrari 488 with Richard Wee and Hiroki Katoh in the GTE-Am category.
The Portuguese driver is the defending Pirelli World Series Champion and is also a former winner of the Bathurst 12 Hours.
This year's 24 Hours of Le Mans will mark his first appearance at the French enduro since 2014, when he drove a RAM Racing-entered Ferrari 458 in GTE-Pro.
"I am very pleased with the lineup we have for both of our Ferrari 488 GTEs for Le Mans this year," team Managing Director Arj Kulasegaram told Motorsport Week.
"We have a habit of using McLaren Factory Drivers in our various programs as we did last year, to great effect, with Rob Bell."
"Having a driver as talented and quick as Alvaro onboard, puts my mind at ease and besides which, he's an old friend of the team. I expect that we will see great things from him at La Sarthe this summer."
Parente, Wee and Katoh join the previously announced full-season WEC lineup of Matt Griffin, Wen Sung Mok and Keita Sawa in the sister Ferrari 488.
Katoh last raced at Le Mans in 2008, driving an LMP1-class Courage.
Wee, meanwhile, is yet to make his Le Mans debut but has accrued race wins in GT Asia with the Clearwater squad.
"Having Hiroki Katoh in the lineup is a fabulous bonus as he's naturally quick and has competed at Le Mans five times previously," added Kulasegaram.
"Richard Wee is a Le Mans rookie but he's at the top of his game and a superb gentleman driver with numerous race wins in the GT Asian scene. It's going to be quite an adventure."
"Both lineups are strong and we look forward to the battle ahead in France."
Kulasegaram confirmed that the team is planning for "a spate of pre-Le Mans testing in May," in preparation for its second consecutive appearance at the Circuit de la Sarthe.
Both Ferrari 488s entered by Clearwater are former AF Corse models, with the full-season WEC car campaigned by Gianmaria Bruni and James Calado in 2016.
The Le Mans-only car of Parente, Wee and Katoh was raced last year by Davide Rigon and Sam Bird, who finished second in the GTE drivers' championship.
