Colombian driver Oscar Tunjo has been announced at Jenzer Motorsport for this year’s GP3 season.
He is the second driver to be confirmed at the Swiss outfit for this year’s GP3 campaign, joining Malaysian racer Akash Nandy.
Following several years in Formula Renault 2.0 championships, Tunjo moved up to Formula Renault 3.5 for the 2014 season, competing in 12 races.
He raced six times in the GP3 Series last year with Trident, winning the second race in Austria at the Red Bull Ring.
Tunjo already has experience with the new GP3/16 car after testing for Jenzer at the opening pre-season test in Estoril.
"With Oscar we have a very experienced and determined driver in the team," said team boss Andreas Jenzer.
"The goal can only be top results. We are looking forward to starting racing with him."
