Force India’s Friday tester, Paul di Resta is going to have to wait until Melbourne for his chance to get behind the wheel of the VJM 03 after it was confirmed that Adrian Sutil and Tonio Liuzzi are being given chance to “learn the new track configuration.”
“I think they have just made it much longer and slower and I’m not a big fan of this type of track as I love high speed corners and circuits,” Liuzzi told the media.
DTM driver, di Resta, is still expected to be trackside and told the media how excited he was about the forthcoming season.
“Although I’m not going to be driving during free practice, I can’t wait to get on the plane and head off for the first weekend.”
