Glickenhaus Racing is preparing for the 30-hour endurance test at Motorland Aragon, the final major step in its Hypercar testing programme ahead of its world championship debut at Portimao next month.

The American squad has brought both of its 007 Le Mans Hypercar to the Spanish circuit, where both will undergo some form of testing.

As the team previously outlined, the car carrying number #708 will be undergo the full endurance test, while the newly built #709 car will be shaken down ahead of its debut in the FIA World Endurance Championship round at Portimao.

The #709 car will compete in the eight-hour enduro in Portugal, which will mark the team’s world championship debut alongside Alpine and Toyota.

The #708 car, meanwhile, will then undergo an extensive rebuild following the completion of the endurance test.

The team confirmed in correspondence with MotorsportWeek.com that all drivers bar Romain Dumas will be present for the test. The Frenchman has clashing commitments at Pikes Peak.

The team has also unveiled the full livery for its 007 LMH car, which has been applied to the #708 car ahead of the extensive test programme.

It features traditional-looking red bodywork, with a white nose, white shark fin and white rear wing.

The American squad will make its debut in the FIA WEC on June 13, where Romain Dumas, Ryan Briscoe and Richard Westbrook will be carrying out driving duties against the pair of Toyota GR010 Hybrids and Alpine’s lone A480 Gibson.
