Kamui Kobayashi leads the Six Hours of Spa-Francorchamps with two hours remaining, with Alpine sitting behind in second place.

Kobayashi currently leads in the #7 Toyota GR010 Hybrid with the #36 Alpine A480-Gibson of Matthieu Vaxiviere sitting in second and more or less on equal strategy.

The Alpine was leading, until a full course yellow for debris allowed Vaxiviere to make a pitstop for fuel, as the ORECA-built prototype would have to make an extra stop at some point during the race. That dropped Vaxiviere behind Kobayashi, with Kazuki Nakajima sitting in third in the #8 GR010 Hybrid.

That full course yellow was brought out by debris left by a rear puncture for the #91 Porsche 911 RSR-19 of Richard Lietz, likely caused when Lietz was rear-ended by the #7 Toyota in the hands of Jose Maria Lopez at the Bus Stop.

Fabio Scherer leads in LMP2 on his debut, piloting the #22 United Autosports ORECA 07-Gibson, which has led the class for almost the entire race.

The #26 G-Drive Aurus 01-Gibson of Franco Colapinto sits in second, with the two JOTA ORECAs of Anthony Davidson and Tom Blomqvist third and fourth.

Team WRT, a previous contender for the class podium, has fallen away as the #31 ORECA 07-Gibson developed clutch issues.

Prior to that, Ferdinand Habsburg was involved in an intense fight with JOTA’s Antonio Felix da Costa, which saw the pair going into Eau Rouge-Raidillon side-by-side.

GTE Pro is still in the hands of the #92 Porsche 911 RSR-19 of Kevin Estre, leading ahead of the two Ferraris. Alessandro Pier Guidi sits in second in the #51 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo, with Miguel Molina third.

Alessio Rovera leads GTE Am in the #83 Ferrari 488 GTE Evo, with Felipe Fraga in second in the #33 TF Sport Aston Martin Vantage AMR and Giorgio Sernagiotto in the #47 Cetilar Racing Ferrari 488 GTE Evo fourth.
