American rap star Flo Rida will headline Melbourne’s Sidetracked event on the Sunday of the 2012 season opening grand prix.
The music festival takes place on the Saturday and Sunday between turn six and seven, providing race-goers with added entertainment when the cars aren’t on-track.
Other acts taking part in the festival include Art vs. Science, Grant Smillie, Grandmaster Flash, The Potbelleez and many more yet to be announced.
Tickets to the event include general admission to the race and prices start at just $90 AUD (£60) for single day access, with four days admission from $179 AUD (£121).
The Sidetracked event isn’t the only music entertainment, with F1 Rocks making its first visit to the city. An event which will be headlined by Lenny Kravitz.
