Caca Bueno secured pole position for the opening race of the finale of the Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY, beating team-mate Sergio Jimenez to the top spot in qualifying.

The Brazilian racer posted a 1:25.506s run around the reverse layout of the Tempelhof Airport Circuit to edge the reigning champion of the series by 0.144s, fronting an all-Jaguar Brazil front row.

Australia’s Nick Foster – who makes his debut in the series – secured third on the grid, a further 0.037s back while championship contender Simon Evans was fourth.

VIP driver Oli Webb completed the top five in his guest entry while Fahad Algosaibi was the lead Pro-Am driver in sixth position.
