Trackhouse Racing has officially confirmed that Francesco Guidotti will replace Davide Brivio as its MotoGP team manager.

Brivio joined the American outfit in 2024 after winning world championships with Yamaha and Suzuki.

His success continued with Aprilia’s satellite team after Raul Fernandez claimed victory in this year’s Mugello Sprint and the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island last year.

Brivio and Guidotti will work together till the end of the 2026 campaign before the former joins Honda in a senior role overseeing its operations in both MotoGP and WorldSBK. However, the announcement has yet to be made on his title and responsibilities.

Trackhouse appointed Guidotti due to his extensive experience with Aprilia in both MotoGP and WorldSBK, as well as his previous roles as team manager at Pramac Ducati and KTM.

Guidotti said in MotoGP’s official statement: “First of all, I have to thank Justin for his trust. I’m thrilled to be back and I couldn’t have hoped for a better opportunity than this.

“Trackhouse is a young and professional Team that, already, has some very special achievements and I will do my best to contribute to the growth of the Team and the riders.

“Returning to work with Aprilia also feels special to me – a lot of good memories and friends. I am excited to be joining the SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team!”

Justin Marks, Trackhouse owner, added: “It’s a thrilling development for Trackhouse to formally announce Francesco Guidotti as our new MotoGP Team Manager.

“Francesco has a long and successful career in professional motorcycle racing but, just as importantly, he fits the culture and vision of our company.

“As we embark on our next phase in the MotoGP World Championship, having a racing team led by someone of Francesco’s calibre will only add to the opportunity ahead.”
