James Wharton took PREMA’s first victory since 2024 in the Formula 3 Sprint race at Barcelona-Catalunya, with Freddie Slater and Gerrard Xie finishing on the podium.
Wharton battled throughout the Sprint with Slater, the TRIDENT close on the Australian’s tail throughout the race and into the closing stages. Xie made a late lunch for second but was forced to settle for third.
